If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please get in touch within 10 days of receiving your package and advise of any issues or whether it's just a change of mind and we'll get it sorted! If applicable, details of how to return the item(s) for either an exchange or refund will be given. Items must be returned in saleable condition within the original packaging they arrived in. Personalised goods are not returnable unless damaged.

If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange, please email for details of where to send it to. 

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll get an email informing you of any refund. Funds will be sent back onto the original method of payment. Please allow upto 5 working days for this to happen once the items in returned.

If you need to exchange an item, please email and wait for further instructions before sending anything back in the post. Personalised items cannot be exchanged.
