All measurements, where relevant, are included in product descriptions. Due to the handmade nature of products, they may vary within a commercial tolerance.
The highest amount of care has been taken to ensure photography shows an accurate representation of the product you’re buying. Please bear in mind that screens do vary in colour, so your screen may not show a true representation of the product on sale. If in doubt, please get in touch with us before purchasing to discuss.
All transactions are processed in GBP.
VAT is included in the price displayed for customers purchasing from within the European Union.
If you require a VAT receipt, please send an enquiry and we will arrange for this.
All personal information, such as your name, address, credit card details and any other information you give to us is kept securely. Details are processed in accordance with local law and are not sold to third parties.
When making a purchase, you will be given the option to sign up to our mailing list. We intermittently send emails when there are new products or news to share, however at any time you can click the link to ‘unsubscribe’. Please kindly note that your email addresses and personal information are kept securely and not sold on to any third parties.
Where possible, we will post orders out within 1-3 working days, however on products that are handmade to order (badges, sashes, pouches) etc, the standard lead-time for us to make your order is 5 working days (1 week).
Postage time is to be considered on top of this. For standard UK post this is 1-2 working days.
If you select and pay for tracked delivery, the tracking information will be given to you via email when your order is dispatched so that you can keep an eye on delivery.
For UK customers, if you have not received your order within 5 working days of it being dispatched (not the order date) please get in touch with your order number. Please bear in mind that if the postal service cannot deliver it, it may be returned to the left in a safe place or with a neighbour, or returned to the depot.
If your item is order is unable to be received at the postal address, then it may be returned to the Royal Mail depot to be collected by the customer. Items need to be collected within 14 days, or they are automatically returned to sender. If this occurs, then we will need to charge an additional postage fee to resend your item.
If in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us ASAP. Photographs to show any damage are really helpful for identifying what has gone wrong.
If you receive your item and change your mind, please get in touch to arrange for a return in the original packaging. Refunds can only be processed when the order is received back in saleable condition. Please note that personalised orders cannot be refunded or returned unless they are faulty.
