Product information
All measurements and materials , where relevant, are included in product descriptions. Due to the handmade nature of products, they may vary within a commercial tolerance. The highest amount of care has been taken to ensure photography shows an accurate representation of the product you’re buying. Please bear in mind that screens do vary in colour, so your screen may not show a true representation of the product colour. If in doubt, please get in touch with us before purchasing to discuss.

Payment
All transactions are processed in GBP.  VAT is included in the price displayed for customers purchasing from within the European Union. If you require a VAT receipt, please send an enquiry and we will arrange for this.

Privacy
All personal information, such as your name, address, credit card details and any other information you give for completion of your order is kept securely in line with GDPR regulations. Details are processed in accordance with local law and are not sold to third parties. 

Mailing List
When making a purchase, you will be given the option to sign up to our mailing list. Emails are sent on an approximate monthly basis, when there are new products or news to share, however at any time you can click the link to ‘unsubscribe’. Your details are kept securely.

Delivery
Where possible, orders will be posted out within 1-3 working days, however on products that are handmade to order (badges, sashes, banners) etc, the standard lead-time to make your order is 5 working days. 'Working days' are Mon-Friday.

Postage time is to be considered on top of this. For standard UK post this is 1-2 working days. If your order qualifies for free postage and this method is selected, it will be send by Royal Mail 2nd Class, which takes approx 2-4 days from dispatch to reach you from date of dispatch.

If you select and pay for tracked delivery, the tracking information will be given to you via email or text message (dependent on the contact preferences stated on your order) when your order is dispatched so that you can keep an eye on delivery. 

For UK customers, if you have not received your order within 5 working days of it being dispatched (not the order date) please get in touch via email with your order number. Please bear in mind that if the postal service cannot deliver it, it may be returned to the left in a safe place or with a neighbour, or returned to the depot. 

If your item is order is unable to be received at the postal address, then it may be returned to the Royal Mail depot to be collected by you. Items need to be collected within 14 days, or they are automatically returned to sender. If this occurs, then an additional postage fee will be charged to resend your item.

For international customers, once posted, orders should be delivered within 15 working days. If after this time has elapsed you haven't received your order, please get in touch via email. Please kindly note that all customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer. 

Cancellations
If in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please get in touch via email ASAP and this will be rectified as priority. Quality and customer care is taken very seriously! Photographs to show any damage are really helpful for identifying what has gone wrong and getting the problem sorted.

If you receive your item and change your mind, please get in touch to arrange for a return in the original packaging. Refunds can only be processed when the order is received back in saleable condition. Please note that personalised orders cannot be refunded or returned unless they are faulty.
